The guy was supposed to have met me last week to install my dash cam but I never heard from him since. Very unprofessional. If he was unable to do it, he shouldn’t have committed to a specific day and could’ve straight up said he wasn’t available. Anyway, I found someone else more professional and serious about their money and did a great job installing my dash cam. I can’t stand people who want to have their own “business” but don’t want to work.

I'd like to echo the experiences of others here and strongly recommend NOT using this service. My experience was an absolute comedy of errors and incompetence. I reached out and listed what I needed done: install a new head unit, preserve existing functions like steering wheel controls, and replace the existing backup camera. The quote I received was a bit on the high side (on par with full-service professional shops), but he was available immediately, so we proceeded. Between the booking and the install date, he changed the appointment time three times, but did eventually arrive. Even though he knew the task, he did not have all the tools or supplies for the job and asked me if I had some he could use. He struggled with the head unit but eventually got it working; however, he refused to install the camera, insisting on a particular brand. We agreed that he would return when that arrived to complete the work. Then things got wild. He had three different aliases and wasn't sure which one he wanted to use (Tez, Demetrius Cooper, Shantoni Tilghman, etc). He gave me the wrong Zelle number for payment, resulting in the funds being irretrievably sent to some other person. At this point

I called this business last week and confirmed that I wanted an appointment for Sunday. I was given pricing and told to follow up on Saturday to lock in a time. When Saturday came, I called and texted multiple times to confirm, and received no response. *It's been a full 24 hrs since first attempt to contact on Saturday* This level of communication is unacceptable, especially after I had already taken the proper steps to book. It shows a lack of professionalism and reliability. I cannot recommend a business that does not follow through or communicate with its customers.

My radio has been out since July so it was definitely time to get it fixed. I'm always nervous about doing business with people idk but my guy tez is really like that. He gave me a time and a promise that it would be done in a timely professional manner and indeed it was. Took 2 hours. He took the dash out so quick I was like damn I just went in the house 😂🤣😅 He said this is what professionals do. Communicated with me through the entire installation showing me exactly what he was talking bout so I could get a better understanding. Overall 10/10 I highly recommend anyone looking for this service to use my guy TEZ fa sho👌🏾music is life thanks for getting mine back right homie 💯 this T (black hyundai sonata)

I wish I had two more hands so I could give Tez 4 ThumbsUp! Tez came to my house and transformed my truck into a sound studio! He was able to dial in my existing subs (that weren’t being used properly) with precision. Thank you Tez! Highly Recommend!!!
